What you send us
When you use a form on this website, we receive what you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, your email address if you give it, your message, and any property details you provide. We use this to reply to you and to help with your inquiry.
How it’s kept
Inquiries are stored in this website’s administration area and sent to our business email. Only people working on inquiries can see them. We keep them as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our business records. To ask us to delete yours, contact us.
WhatsApp and phone
WhatsApp and call links open your own app. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that message under its own terms.
Google Maps
The Contact page shows a map from Google Maps. When that map loads, Google receives information such as your IP address, and handles it under its own privacy policy. Google Maps also opens if you choose Get directions.
Cloudflare
This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which helps protect it and our forms from spam and abuse. To do this, Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Website records
Like most websites, the server keeps routine technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested. To limit repeated form messages, we also briefly keep a scrambled version of your IP address.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how often our forms are sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information such as your IP address, device and browser, and handles it under Google’s privacy policy. It doesn’t receive what you type into our forms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings. This website doesn’t use advertising cookies.
